Roles within CTARS are configurable so that users only access the elements of the system relevant to their role. Each organisation can create custom roles specific to its business structure, supporting appropriate segregation of client information.

Client information entered into CTARS remains the property of the provider organisation. CTARS processes this information to deliver and support the platform.
